Meeting called to order at 8:33 a.m.
Present: Andrea Rackl, David Zagelow, Eva Sauve, Dorie Guidon, Michael Hannon, Lorraine Earle, Kaitlyn Ronstadt

Master Class proposal is approved by the board

*Dorie will speak with Michael about how to send out newsletters to the chapter

Eva reports on programs:
  Oct. Dorie and David on business
  Nov. Mutchler  
  Dec. social and Kathy M
  Jan. Samantha Sinai on collaboration
*Eva and/or Andrea will talk with Milica about a program on women composers for Feb or April
  Games sharing is another possibility

No one has stepped forward to lead recitals this year
Possibly next year the Halloween recital could be a Heyer scholarship fundraiser

From Treasurer Michael:

Rabia will keep asking advertisers to pay
* Michael will make a spread sheet or google doc with chapter contacts

Nancy celebration:  Doug and Andrea will MC
 7:15 sharing, lots of music needed – *Brahms!
*Dorie will send out a form for volunteer positions
*Lorraine will head up decorations
Budget is $200
