Kim graduated from Western Washington University with a BA in Music (piano). She studied with Ford Hill and Jeffrey Gilliam. Kim is nationally and state certified (NCTM, SCTM) and is a member of the WSMTA Bellingham Chapter. She has taught piano since she was 14, has been a singer/pianist professionally since she was 20 and is currently singing with a jazz trio.
