Andrew BybeeAndrew Bybee is a graduate of Western Washington University where he received a B.M. in Trumpet Performance and an endorsement in K-12 Music Education. While attending WWU, Andrew played in Western Brass (the scholarship brass quintet) for three years, and served as the Principal Trumpet in the Symphony Orchestra and Wind Ensemble. Among other endeavors, Andrew has played with the Bellingham Chamber Chorale on their production of Menotti’s The Unicorn, the Gorgan & the Manitcore and Mendelssohn’s Elijah, the Whatcom Symphony, in the first two productions of the Mount Baker Theatre Rep Into the Woods and My Fair Lady, and with various Jazz/Pop groups in Bellingham. Andrew has also worked as a brass coach for North Sound Youth Symphony and The Bellingham Youth Jazz Band. Andrew is currently teaching private lessons and playing music in the greater Bellingham area.
