October Board meeting Minutes Approved:
            - Rabia moves
            - Andrea seconds
Treasurer’s Report:
            Checking: $5,844
            Savings: $6,690
Sonata/Sonatina Festival Report:
            - Income: $815
            - Expenses: $749
Halloween Recital Report:
            - Income: $115
            - Expenses: $72.62
Proposal to Adjust Recital Fee Distribution:
            - Student fee goes to $7
                        Or
            - Student fee stays at $5 and participating teachers pay $5 flat fee
            - Vote by members to be had at November General Meeting
Proposal to reconsider student limit per teacher for chapter recitals:
Board Approval Form: February Recital
            - Andrea moves
            - Eva seconds
            - Passes with consideration that the fee may change
Board Approval Form: MAP
            - Form needs to include note that income goes to cover Honors Recital Fee
            - Board will approve over email once the form is updated
New Guidelines for Future Masterclasses:
            - Limit to two students per teacher for the first month of registration.
            - Once the first month of registration is over, teachers may enter additional students.
Teacher Enrichment Fund:
            - New guidelines approved
