Present: Eva Sauve, Michael Hannon, Rabia Magnusson, Kaitlyn Ronstadt, Andrea Rackl, Nathan Campbell
Meeting Called to Order at 10:25 am by Eva
May Board Meeting Minutes Approved:
            - Michael Moves
            - Andrea Seconds
2025-2026 Budget Review:
            - Michael will correct donations amount ($55 instead of $25)
            - Reimbursement for Rabia needed for Music Olympics
Honor’s Recital Discussion:
            - Two recitals
Nancy Heyer Scholarship Discussion:
            - Add button on website header for scholarship
            - Simplify application process
            - Remove Tax Return Requirement
            - Replace with Statement of Financial Need
            - Increase award amount
Break - 11:30am
Meeting Resumes - 12:35pm
Nancy Heyer Scholarship:
            - Edits made to form
Treasurer’s Role Discussion:
            - Committee approval forms should include estimated budget
            - Committee chairs need to be more accountable for payment deadlines
            - Better description of Treasurer’s Role is needed
            - An Independent Individual should audit the budget throughout the year.
                        - Board decides this can be a duty of the Past President
                        - Audit should occur quarterly
            - For checks of over $500, two signatures should be required
                        - Board decides that the second signature should be from the President
Bylaws Edits:
            - The roles of Past President and Treasurer both need revision
            - Nathan will draft the revisions and send them to the board
Music Olympics Discussion:
