                        - Checking and Savings amounts got switched (Correction has been made)
                        - Amendment: There was actually quorum for the Honor’s Recital Vote

            - Went smoothly this year

            - Rabia is organizing, look for her email.

            - Mock music Olympics should be at an earlier meeting

Sonata/Sonatina Festival:
            - October 10, Saturday
            - Maybe open up for strings, Baroque and classical pieces, would need at least 12 string participants

Treasurer’s Report:

            Savings: $6,706.82
Music Olympics:
            - $350 donation to FCC for tuning and rental
            - Board agrees on a $150 increase from approval form for this year with donations to FCC in other years being dependent on financial viability
MAP Committee Report:
            - Profit: $1,235
Honor’s Recital
            - Should be a line item under MAP in the budget
            - Income needs to be corrected
            - Honor’s Recital form will be approved via email
Master Lessons Approval Form: Approved
            - January 23, 2027
            - Board will figure out if a stipend for Piano Tuning is financially feasible and sustainable. (Depending on 2027 budget)
            - Andrea moves
            - Kaitlyn seconds
Nancy Heyer Scholarship:
            - Three questions (see email)
            - $790 used last year
            - Revise application process to remove barriers and make it more based on situation explanation
            - Additional statement on how the student is doing with lessons (follow up)
            - Discussion to continue at June meeting
